Robert Kelly, commonly known as Sam Aster, is a lived-experience mentor, as well as an advocate for the citizens, organizations, and industries of Montrose, Colorado.

Sam engages with the city of Montrose and members of its community to preserve historical traditions while addressing modern community needs.

Sam is not employed, endorsed, sponsored, or otherwise supported for contributing to the city or its citizens, businesses, service providers, or other entities, either within or outside of Montrose, Colorado.

Instead, Sam's offerings are available without any associations or affiliations. This is to encourage Sam to remain focused on being available to all individuals and entities who would like to have a discussion concerning matters considered most important to all parties, both present and absent.

Sam's offerings are available for public and private individuals and entities at no expense. Instead, mutual support is appreciated but never expected, and will not be considered as an incentive for Sam's voluntary participation when it is requested.
